The Makati City Police Station arrested the city’s Top 4 Most Wanted Person for June Calendar Year 2026 in an operation conducted on May 26 in Barangay San Lorenzo, Makati City.

According to the Makati police, the suspect, identified only by the alias “John,” was apprehended in connection with a case involving statutory acts of lasciviousness.

The operation was carried out by personnel from the Warrant and Subpoena Unit (WSU) led by Police Capt. Wilfredo Alvarez Jr., together with members of the Women and Children Protection Desk headed by Police Lt. Loida Yadao, under the leadership of Makati City Police Chief Police Col. Pedro Alagano Jr.

Authorities served a valid warrant of arrest against the accused for an alleged violation under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code. The warrant was issued by Hon. Abigail Santos Domingo-Laylo, Presiding Judge of Family Court Branch 3 in Makati City.

Police said the case was docketed under Criminal Case No. R-MKT_26-01244-CR and was issued on May 26, 2026. Recommended bail for the accused was set at P180,000.

The Makati police said law enforcement personnel also followed procedural requirements during the arrest. Authorities utilized two Alternative Recording Devices (ARDs) in compliance with A.M. No. 21-06-08-SC.

Upon arrest, the suspect was informed of the nature of the complaint and advised of his constitutional rights under the Miranda Doctrine. Police said the accused opted to remain silent.

The arrested individual is currently being held at the Makati City Police Station Custodial Facility Unit while awaiting further legal proceedings. Authorities added that the warrant of arrest will be returned to the issuing court for appropriate action.

Makati police leadership commended the operating units involved in the arrest for their efforts in carrying out law enforcement operations.

“This operation aligns with the PNP Focused Agenda, a framework designed to improve police service delivery. It focuses on enhancing police operations and integrity monitoring, supporting ongoing efforts to locate and apprehend wanted individuals while ensuring accountability in warrant enforcement,” Alagano said,.
