Converge Eyes 10-Percent Growth In 2026

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is targeting up to 10 percent revenue growth this year as it expands its fiber network and pursues stronger subscriber acquisition across its residential and enterprise businesses.

Converge president and co-founder Mary Grace Uy said the company expects consolidated revenue to grow by eight to 10 percent year-on-year, supported by continued customer growth.

“We expect consolidated revenue to grow by eight to 10 percent year on year on the back of continued subscriber growth in both our residential and enterprise businesses,” Uy said during the company’s annual stockholders’ meeting.

The fiber broadband provider reported consolidated revenue of P44.8 billion in 2025, up 10.2 percent from P40.6 billion in 2024.

Uy said the company sustained top-line growth across its operating segments, while maintaining strong profitability margins through disciplined cost and operations management.

In the first quarter of 2026, Converge posted a net income of P3.02 billion, slightly higher than the P3.01 billion recorded in the same period last year. Consolidated revenues rose 3.7 percent to P11.2 billion from P10.8 billion.

To support its expansion plans, Converge has set aside P18 billion to P23 billion in capital expenditures this year, higher than the P17 billion spent in 2025.

Converge chief executive officer and co-founder Dennis Anthony Uy said the company remains on track to deploy close to one million new fiber ports in 2026.

“We are on track to deploy close to one million new fiber ports this year to maximize our overall service coverage and ensure our capital expenditure goes exactly where demand is highest,” he said.

He said the company will prioritize key growth areas and underserved locations, including Palawan, Zamboanga, and major cities across Mindanao.

Meanwhile, Converge elected former Senior Associate Justice Estela Perlas-Bernabe as its new board chairperson.

She succeeds Jose de Jesus, former secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways and the Department of Transportation and Communications, who will remain as an independent director.

De Jesus had chaired the Converge board since the company listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange in October 2020.

“It is with heartfelt delight that I pass the baton to Justice Perlas-Bernabe, who is a respected jurist celebrated for her unshakeable integrity. Being the first female chairperson of Converge, she ushers in a new era of fairness and accountability into the Board,” De Jesus said.
