The Manila city government has distributed P22 million in financial aid to 25 beneficiaries under its Kaagapay Program to assist residents facing mounting healthcare costs and urgent medical conditions.
Led by Mayor Francisco “Isko” Moreno Domagoso, the city administration coordinated the disbursement to respond directly to the critical health needs of the recipients.
The Kaagapay Program is designed to deliver direct financial relief to patients dealing with heavy medical expenses, focusing on individuals requiring immediate support due to severe health issues.
One recipient offered a prayer of thanks for the financial assistance and expressed early well-wishes for the mayor’s upcoming birthday, asking for continued strength and guidance as Domagoso leads the city.
The beneficiary also prayed that the city administration receives continued wisdom to serve the public, expressing hope that additional residents facing illness and adversity will receive similar government backing.
The distribution reflects the city administration’s ongoing initiative to deliver targeted financial aid to vulnerable residents facing health crises through the Kaagapay Program.
