Cebu Pacific (CEB) will integrate AirSWIFT operations under its subsidiary Cebgo beginning July 1, 2026, as part of the airline’s ongoing network consolidation following its acquisition of the regional carrier.
The airline said AirSWIFT services will continue without changes to existing schedules, particularly flights to and from El Nido, ensuring uninterrupted operations during the transition. Under the integration, all AirSWIFT T6-coded flights will be reclassified as DG flights operated by Cebgo.
The move follows Cebu Pacific’s P1.75-billion acquisition of AirSWIFT in October 2024 through its parent firm ALI Capital Corp., a subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc. AirSWIFT currently services routes linking El Nido in northern Palawan with Clark and several key tourist destinations, including Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, and Coron.
Cebu Pacific said the integration is part of efforts to streamline operations across its domestic network, which covers 35 local and 26 international destinations. The carrier also advised passengers to book directly through official platforms and accredited partners to avoid potential booking issues during the transition.
