A package that contained P4.828 million worth of suspected shabu intended to be delivered to a church in Silang, Cavite, was intercepted by the Clark Inter-Agency Task Force Against Illegal Drugs (CRK-IATFAID), composed of the National Bureau of Investigation-Pampanga District Office (NBI-PAMDO), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), Bureau of Customs (BOC), and Philippine National Police (PNP).

The two illegal drugs were discovered in two separate packages that arrived at the warehouse inside Clark Freeport Zone in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, on April 24, 2026.

The NBI reported that the 710 grams of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu, placed in two self-sealing transparent plastic sachets, were discovered during the inspection of a brown package declared as “1 X File with Documents” which originated from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.

Meanwhile, a package declared to contain “CEACO Puzzles 500 pieces 4 included Food Trucks” was also inspected by NBI agents. Inside the package was a self-sealing transparent plastic package, suspected to contain Kush, a high-grade variant of marijuana, with an estimated market value of P810,000.00.

The package originated from the US and was to be delivered in a condominium in Pasig City.

Both items were marked, weighed, and brought to the BOC for further testing by the PDEA.
