Speaker Faustino “Bojie” G. Dy III called on the Isabela State University College of Law Class of 2026 to rise above personal ambition and dedicate their careers to serving society, stressing that the highest calling of the legal profession is advancing justice and improving lives.
In a video message played during the graduation rites, Dy reminded graduates that true success is measured not by accolades or wealth, but by the impact of their service.
The House Speaker emphasized that law carries responsibilities beyond enforcing rules; it is a solemn promise to protect justice, defend rights, and bring hope to the vulnerable.
Highlighting the urgent need for principled legal professionals, Dy warned that society faces unprecedented challenges and Filipinos are seeking leaders they can trust. He urged graduates to practice law with integrity, compassion, and conviction.
Dy concluded by reminding the graduates that law is most powerful when applied to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
He extended his congratulations to the graduates, their families, faculty members, and the entire ISU community, calling on them to carry the values of service, justice, and integrity into their professional journeys.
“Muli, congratulations sa inyong lahat. Mabuhay kayo, mabuhay ang Isabela State University, at mabuhay ang sambayanang Pilipino,” Dy said.
