Juficha also shared a meaningful connection with the Philippines, where she spent several weeks competing in Miss Earth 2025.
She arrived in the country for pageant activities in October 2025 and joined fellow delegates in events around Metro Manila and other activities organized by the pageant. Among them was a tree-planting activity with the Philippine Air Force. She also developed friendships with several members of her Miss Earth batch during her stay.

Those relationships were reflected in the tributes that followed news of her death.
Miss Earth Philippines 2025 Joy Barcoma shared a memorial post for Juficha on her Instagram Story on August 14, writing, “Your memory is a blessing, PJ.”
Miss Earth Thailand 2025 and Miss Earth Fire 2025 Waree Ngamkham, who was Juficha’s roommate while they were in the Philippines, also paid tribute and wished her peace. Miss Earth Air 2025 Sóldís Vala Ívarsdóttir of Iceland remembered their conversations and time together while extending condolences to Juficha’s family and friends.
Reigning Miss Earth 2025 Natálie Puškinová of the Czech Republic also reacted to Juficha’s final Instagram post, expressing heartbreak over her death and offering a brief message of farewell.
Her time in the Philippines formed part of her final year in international pageantry and brought her into close contact with queens who are now among those remembering her publicly.
