President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has declared July 4, Saturday, a special non-working day in San Julian, Eastern Samar, in observance of the municipality’s Founding Anniversary.
The declaration was issued through Proclamation No. 1336, giving residents the opportunity to take part in the anniversary activities and local celebrations.
“It is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Julian be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration,” the proclamation stated.
By authority of the President, Acting Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto signed Proclamation No. 1336 on July 2, 2026.
