Motorists can expect lower prices for diesel and kerosene starting Tuesday, April 28, while gasoline prices are projected to rise slightly, according to Energy Secretary Sharon S. Garin.
Garin said diesel prices will be rolled back by ₱12.94 per liter, while kerosene prices will decrease by ₱15.71 per liter. These adjustments will be in effect from April 28 to May 4, 2026.
Based on monitoring by the Department of Energy, the expected pump price range for diesel is ₱75.93 to ₱101.96 per liter, while kerosene prices are projected to range from ₱125.39 to ₱147.98 per liter.
Gasoline prices, meanwhile, are expected to increase by ₱0.53 per liter, with an estimated pump price range of ₱79.79 to ₱104.93 per liter.
“Consumers should check if the latest adjustments are properly reflected in the prices posted by fuel stations,” Garin said during a DOE press conference.
She also urged the public to use fuel prudently to help sustain the country’s inventory supply.
