Elevated road planned from QC to Bulacan

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday said a P120-billion elevated road project from Balintawak in Quezon City to Bocaue in Bulacan is being planned to improve traffic flow, cut travel time and transport costs, generate jobs, and spur economic development through expanded infrastructure investments.

The President, during the opening of NLEX-C5 Northlink Segment 8.2 Section 1A in Valenzuela City, said the proposed road project would be undertaken by the government in coordination with the Manny V. Pangilinan (MVP) Group of Companies and the San Miguel Corporation (SMC).

He said this is in response to his call for the two business groups to collaborate to expand the country’s road network, provide commuters with alternative routes, and improve travel conditions.

Hanggang Bocaue ang aabutin,” the President said.
