LANDBANK has waived fees for InstaPay and PESONet fund transfers made through its Mobile Banking App and iAccess starting July 7, 2026, expanding its zero-fee digital banking program to more everyday transactions.
The policy also applies to clients of Overseas Filipino Bank (OFBank) worldwide, allowing OFBank users to send money through the same digital channels without additional transfer charges.
The move follows LANDBANK’s June 1 initiative removing fees for eligible person-to-government payments made through QRPh. With the latest expansion, the state-run bank said it is moving closer to a more integrated and cost-free digital banking system.
LANDBANK said clients may now use a single account to handle personal fund transfers and government transactions more conveniently and without fees, consistent with its public service mandate and push for more accessible financial services.
“Every peso saved on transfer fees is a peso that Filipino families can spend on their daily needs and that businesses can reinvest in growth. LANDBANK once again is leading by example and I hope all financial institutions will continue lowering or removing the cost of digital transactions for every Filipino,” LANDBANK Chairman and Finance Secretary Frederick Go said.
The bank said the initiative is part of its broader effort to accelerate digital financial inclusion and make banking services more affordable, efficient, and accessible to Filipinos.
LANDBANK President and CEO Lynette Ortiz said the expanded zero-fee framework is intended to benefit workers, small business owners, and overseas Filipinos who regularly rely on digital transfers.
“By expanding our zero-fee digital framework from government payments to everyday retail transfers, we want to ensure that our banking services directly uplift our workers, small business owners, and overseas Filipinos,” Ortiz said.
“Our focus remains on keeping our platforms secure, reliable, and accessible to everyone, helping our clients stay connected to their families and businesses without the burden of extra costs,” she added.
LANDBANK said the program supports President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s directive to strengthen digital financial services and broaden access to efficient and affordable banking services. The bank added that the initiative is also aligned with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Circular No. 1238.
