Participating forces in Exercise KAMANDAG 10-2026 conducted an Amphibious Raid Training along the shores of Ternate, Cavite on June 20, demonstrating combined operational capability and enhanced interoperability among allied and partner nations.
The exercise brought together units from the Philippine Marine Corps Force Reconnaissance Regiment, United States Marine Corps, Republic of Korea Marine Corps, Philippine Coast Guard Special Operations Force, Philippine National Police Maritime Group, and Philippine National Police Special Action Force. Observers from Canada, Spain, and Thailand also witnessed the activity, underscoring the exercise’s multinational scope and focus on regional security cooperation.
Designed to strengthen maritime operational readiness, the drill focused on coordinated sea-to-shore planning and execution in complex littoral environments. Participants operated through realistic mission scenarios to refine tactical proficiency, improve rapid deployment capabilities, and enhance joint coordination in amphibious operations.
