The Embassy of Colombia in the Philippines, in partnership with the City Government of Makati and the University of Makati, will hold the “Colombia-Philippines Cultural Night: From Cali to Makati” on July 14, 2026, at 6 pm at the University of Makati Auditorium.
The special event aims to celebrate the vibrant cultures of Colombia and the Philippines while highlighting the strong and enduring friendship between the two nations. Through music, dance, and artistic performances, the program seeks to foster deeper cultural understanding, strengthen people-to-people ties, and promote mutual appreciation between Colombians and Filipinos.
One of the highlights of the evening will be a performance by Ensálsate, the internationally acclaimed salsa ensemble from Cali, Colombia, which is expected to bring the energy and passion of Colombian culture to the local audience.
The event will also feature artistic presentations by talented students from the University of Makati, showcasing Filipino creativity and cultural heritage.
