VP Duterte Keeps Top Satisfaction Rating Among Key Officials

Vice President Sara Duterte remained the most approved top government official in the country, with a majority of Filipinos saying they were satisfied with her performance in the first quarter of the year, according to the latest Social Weather Stations survey.

The SWS poll, conducted from March 24 to 31 among 1,500 adult respondents nationwide, showed Duterte with a net satisfaction rating of +29, barely changed from +28 in November 2025.

The Vice President recorded 54 percent satisfied and 25 percent dissatisfied respondents.

Other top officials posted lower but generally stable ratings.

Then Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III received a net satisfaction rating of +15, while Speaker Faustino “Bojie” Dy III registered +4.

Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo’s rating was unchanged at +9, with 35 percent satisfied and 26 percent dissatisfied.

Earlier in the week, SWS released separate results showing President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s net satisfaction rating dropping to -15, from -3 in November 2025. The survey showed 33 percent satisfied and 49 percent dissatisfied with the President’s performance.
