Globe Telecom Inc., through 917Ventures’ Velocity program, has partnered with Netopia AI to validate Predikta, an artificial intelligence platform that simulates audience behavior and predicts campaign performance before companies commit media spending.
The collaboration tested whether Predikta could help marketers identify stronger advertising creatives and improve campaign planning using data-driven forecasts.
Velocity, the innovation platform of 917Ventures, connects promising startups with Globe business units to test technologies under real business conditions. The program allows startups to refine their products using actual use cases, operational data, and measurable performance indicators.
Under the partnership, Predikta used historical campaign data from AdSpark to conduct blind simulations. The platform forecasted which creatives were likely to perform best, then compared its predictions with actual campaign results.
The validation showed strong alignment between Predikta’s projections and real-world metrics, including click-through rates and cost efficiency.
The results suggest that the platform could help brands make better creative decisions, allocate media budgets more efficiently, and reduce trial-and-error in campaign execution.
“This is exactly what Velocity was designed to do,” said Vince Yamat, chief executive and managing director of 917Ventures. “We help startups validate their technology in real enterprise environments and generate evidence that can support commercial adoption.”
Brave Connective Holdings said the initiative reflects the growing role of predictive AI in strengthening marketing effectiveness.
“Seeing data-informed signals earlier can guide the creative ideation process before launch. This can sharpen creative strategy and make media investments more efficient,” said Nikko Acosta, group chief executive and president of Brave Connective Holdings.
Netopia AI said working within Globe’s ecosystem allowed the company to test Predikta in actual commercial conditions.
“The results demonstrate how behavioral simulation can help marketers make better decisions before they invest,” said Axel Kornerup, co-founder and chief executive of Netopia AI.
Jason Albia, co-founder and chief scientific and technology officer of Netopia AI, said the validation used blind simulations and a multi-level framework based on real historical campaigns.
“That level of rigor is critical to building trust in AI-driven decision-making,” Albia said.
The collaboration is among the first public milestones for Velocity and highlights Globe and 917Ventures’ push to help startups move from promising concepts to scalable, market-ready solutions.
Globe said the initiative also supports its broader effort to build an innovation ecosystem that delivers measurable business impact for enterprises.
