Cadet Third Class Tyron D. Esternon, CCAFP, 21, of Barangay Sto. Cristo, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, and Cadet Third Class Rhadjan Louis S. Erta, CCAFP, 21, of Igbaras, Iloilo, paid an exit call to the Superintendent of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) on June 15, 2026, ahead of their deployment to the National Defence Academy Air Force in India under the FPTCI program.
The deployment is part of the PMA’s Foreign Pre-Commissioning Training initiative with India, aimed at expanding international military education and training opportunities for selected cadets.
Under the program, the two cadets will undergo continued training abroad while gaining exposure to foreign military systems, culture, and professional practices.
The activity reflects the PMA’s broader commitment to strengthening its security cooperation engagements with partner nations and enhancing the global exposure of future officers.
It also supports efforts to develop competent and professionally trained leaders for the Armed Forces of the Philippines through international academic and military exchange programs.
