FORT GENERAL GREGORIO H. DEL PILAR, Baguio City – The Philippine Military Academy will conduct the first leg of the PMA Entrance Examination 2026 for the Eastern Mindanao Cluster from July 11 to 12, 2026, at the following testing venues:
- Bayugan City – Lope A. Asis Memorial Gymnasium, Bayugan City, Agusan Del Sur
- Cagayan De Oro City – 4th Infantry Division Gymnasium/ Montalban Hall, Camp Evangelista, Cagayan De Oro City
- Surigao City – Brgy Gymnasium, Brgy Washington, Surigao City, Surigao Del Norte
- Davao City – F.Bagoy National High School, Sasa, Davao City
- Mati City – Mati City National Comprehensive High School (MNCHS), Mangga St, Mati City, Davao Oriental
- Tagum City – University of Southeastern Philippines Tagum – Mabini Campus, Tagum City, Davao Del Norte
- Digos City – University of Mindanao – Digos College Roxas Ext., Digos City, Davao Del Sur
Applicants residing in General Santos City who have already acquired their examination permits are advised to take their entrance examination in Digos City or Davao City. The conduct of PMA Entrance Examination in General Santos City is tentatively re-scheduled to July 25 to 26, 2026, or upon the official declaration that normal conditions have been restored in view of the calamities that affected the region.
For Online and Mail applicants, make sure to bring the following:
- Permit
- 1 pc 2”x2” ID photo in white background, taken within the last six months
- 2 pcs #2 pencils, and
- Valid Identification Card
For Walk-in applicants, secure the following requirements:
- Duly Accomplished Application Form (https://www.pma.edu.ph/res/pdf/PMAEE-APPLICATION-FORM.pdf)
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Form 137 (Graduates of Senior High School) or Form 138 (currently enrolled Grade 12 students) that indicates the latest GPA,
- 2 pcs 2”x2” ID photo in white background, taken within the last six months,
- 2 pcs #2 pencils, and
- Bring valid ID for identification
All applicants are further advised to wear the prescribed dress code: white t-shirt, pants, and rubber shoes. They are also encouraged to regularly check the official PMA Facebook page, Philippine Military Academy “Face-bok”, and website www.pma.edu.ph for updates and announcements.
Applicants are likewise reminded of the following:
- All examinees must use pencil (#2) during the examination
- 7:00 AM – Processing of all applicants
- 12:00 NN – Start of exam
- Bring your own food
