John Lloyd Cruz has drawn fresh attention online after posting a photo of artist Isabel Santos weeks after she deactivated her Instagram account following a series of cryptic posts.
The actor uploaded a candid photo of Santos on his Instagram account, @dumpsitegallery, on July 3. The post carried no caption, but its timing quickly stirred talk among fans who have been following the couple’s relationship.
Santos had deactivated her Instagram account after sharing cryptic messages that sparked concern and speculation online. It was said that the posts included references to “birthdays” and “men,” while one message reportedly read, “I give up.”
The latest post also comes months after Cruz and Santos became the subject of breakup rumors when netizens noticed that they were no longer following each other on Instagram.
The two were later spotted together in Thailand amid the earlier speculation, while recent reports also showed them spending time in Boracay with Ellen Adarna and Cruz’s son, Elias.
Neither Cruz nor Santos has issued a public statement directly addressing the latest speculation about their relationship.
Cruz confirmed his relationship with Santos in 2023 during an interview on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, where he said, “Si Isabel ay girlfriend ko. Boyfriend niya ako.”
