The Philippine National Police – Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG) arrested a wanted individual in Isabela during an intelligence-driven operation on May 9, 2026.
Personnel of the Provincial Highway Patrol Team–Quirino, together with the Echague Municipal Police Station, arrested the 25-year-old suspect in Barangay Garit Sur, Echague, Isabela at around 10:40 a.m.
Authorities said the suspect was wanted for Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Serious Physical Injuries and Damage to Property under Criminal Case No. 8666.
The warrant of arrest was issued on May 6, 2026 by Judge Kristianne Dorol Piñera-Divina Gracia of the Municipal Trial Court in Echague, Isabela, with recommended bail set at PHP30,000.
The suspect is currently under the custody of the Echague Municipal Police Station pending proper disposition and the return of the warrant to the issuing court.
PNP-HPG Acting Director Rommel S. Batangan said the group remains committed to sustained intelligence-driven operations against wanted persons.
