The House of Representatives approved House Bill No. 10858, or the P7.2-trillion FY 2027 General Appropriations Bill (GAB), on third and final reading.
Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Acting Secretary Kim Robert C. De Leon recognized the House of Representatives, led by Speaker Faustino “Bojie” G. Dy III, for its careful review and deliberation on the proposed National Budget.
De Leon also acknowledged House Committee on Appropriations Chairperson Rep. Mikaela Angela B. Suansing for sponsoring the measure and leading its deliberations.
As the budget process moves forward, every stage of review matters in ensuring that public funds are directed toward national priorities and the needs of the Filipino people. Following House approval, the GAB will proceed to the Senate for further deliberations.
