LANDBANK Cuts InstaPay Fee to P8

Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) has lowered its InstaPay fee for person-to-person (P2P) fund transfers from P15 to P8 starting May 21, 2026, as part of efforts to make digital transactions more affordable for Filipinos.

The reduced fee applies to P2P transfers made through the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App and iAccess.

The bank is also offering one free InstaPay transfer per day for transactions worth P1,000 and below, giving customers additional savings on small-value daily fund transfers.

LANDBANK said the move is intended to ease the cost of everyday financial transactions while encouraging more Filipinos to shift to secure, fast, and cashless payment channels.

The initiative also supports President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s directive to expand access to affordable financial services and accelerate digitalization as part of inclusive economic growth.

Finance Secretary and LANDBANK Chair Frederick Go said reducing digital transaction costs is an important step in bringing more Filipinos into the formal financial system. He said more affordable fund transfers would help individuals, families, and small businesses participate more actively in the digital economy.

LANDBANK President and Chief Executive Officer Lynette Ortiz also underscored the bank’s commitment to inclusive and cost-efficient digital banking.

Ortiz said LANDBANK remains focused on making digital financial services more affordable and accessible, allowing more Filipinos to use secure and convenient digital channels for their everyday transactions.

LANDBANK said it will soon roll out zero fees for person-to-government payment services covering select government transactions. The upcoming initiative is expected to make it easier, faster, and more affordable for Filipinos to pay taxes, fees, and other public dues online.

As the country’s leading government bank, LANDBANK said it will continue to support a more inclusive and cash-lite economy through accessible, innovative, and cost-efficient digital financial solutions.
