The Burger Steak You Already Love Gets an Upgrade

The burger steak doesn’t need an introduction. It has been a fixture of Filipino fast food for years—dependable, affordable, and always swimming in gravy. It’s the meal that shows up for you whether it is payday or the week before it.

Good news: the Jollibee’s burger steak just got better in the ways that matter. More sauce for the classic, and a bigger, meatier option for those who want more.

For the regular Burger Steak, the price stays at ₱70 (solo order), but the gravy no longer holds back. That’s the upgrade, and it’s enough. It keeps every bite satisfying from start to finish, making a familiar meal feel even more complete.

Then there’s the “new” Burger Steak Supreme, which is a richer, more filling take built around a bigger portion and improved taste. It’s made for days when one patty and a generous serving of gravy still isn’t quite enough.

“We’re seeing that customers are paying closer attention to taste, how filling a meal is, and price, so we’re giving them a pangmalakasang (power-packed) rice meal,” said Dorothy Ching, vice president for marketing of Jollibee Philippines. “We focused on improving the experience of a familiar product while also introducing a new option for those who want a bigger meal.”

The saucier Burger Steak is available nationwide for dine-in, takeout, drive-thru, and delivery, while the Burger Steak Supreme is available in select stores as a limited-time offer from April 23 to July 31.

The update is also supported by a campaign featuring Joshua Garcia, underscoring a simple idea: Filipinos want meals that satisfy cravings, fill them up, and stay within budget.

No reinvention. No rebrand. Just a better version of something that was already working.
