Motorists may now check their No Contact Apprehension Policy records and pay corresponding fines through the eGovPH Super App following the integration of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority’s online violation system into the government platform.
The service allows users to view their NCAP records, review details of recorded violations and settle penalties online through a single application.
The integration was carried out by the MMDA in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology as part of the agency’s digital transformation program.
Through the eGovPH app, motorists may also access other government services without having to visit government offices.
The initiative supports President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s directive to make public services more accessible, efficient and convenient.
The MMDA said the integration provides motorists with a faster way to verify traffic violations and complete related transactions online.
