The Philippine National Police-Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG) arrested several wanted individuals facing charges ranging from cybercrime and qualified theft to estafa and carnapping during coordinated manhunt operations conducted across multiple provinces.

Authorities said the intelligence-driven operations were carried out in Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Batangas, and Davao Occidental as part of the PNP-HPG’s intensified campaign against fugitives.

In Orani, Bataan, police arrested a 19-year-old man wanted for alleged violation of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012. The operation was conducted jointly by the Provincial Highway Patrol Team-Bataan and the local police.

Meanwhile, in San Fernando, Pampanga, operatives arrested a 47-year-old events coordinator facing five counts of qualified theft under warrants issued by a regional trial court in Angeles City.

Another operation in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan led to the arrest of a 33-year-old suspect wanted for alleged violation of the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016.

In Rosario, Batangas, authorities served warrants against a male suspect facing estafa charges under the Revised Penal Code.

A separate joint operation in Malita, Davao Occidental resulted in the arrest of another suspect wanted for alleged carnapping offenses.

The arrested individuals are currently under police custody pending documentation and turnover to the courts that issued the warrants.

PNP-HPG Acting Director Brig. Gen. Rommel Batangan said the successful operations reflected the strong coordination among HPG units and partner law enforcement agencies nationwide.

“These operations show our continued commitment to locating and arresting wanted persons through lawful and intelligence-driven efforts,” Batangan said.

The PNP-HPG also urged the public to support law enforcement operations by reporting suspicious activities and providing information on the whereabouts of wanted individuals.
