The National Police Commission has reassigned nine officials, including three regional directors, as part of a leadership reshuffle aimed at strengthening regional operations and improving organizational efficiency.
The new assignments will take effect on July 20.
As part of the reshuffle, NAPOLCOM-Negros Island Region Director Owen de Luna and NAPOLCOM-Calabarzon Director Julieta Rañeses will exchange posts.
De Luna previously headed the Calabarzon office from 2023 to 2025 and served as NAPOLCOM-Mimaropa regional director in 2015.
NAPOLCOM-Mimaropa Regional Director Leonora Bartolome will be transferred to Central Visayas.
Glocphine España, currently assistant regional director of NAPOLCOM-Mimaropa, has been designated acting regional director of the office.
Mia Antonette Quijano will assume the post of assistant regional director of NAPOLCOM-Mimaropa, while Kristofferson Diwas has been appointed regional director of NAPOLCOM-Central Luzon.
Cristina Talampas was named acting assistant director of the Legal Affairs Service.
Lawyer Haidee Borja was designated acting assistant regional director of NAPOLCOM-Eastern Visayas, while Ma. Mitos Dator was appointed assistant regional director of NAPOLCOM-Calabarzon.
NAPOLCOM said the changes are intended to enhance the management and operational performance of its regional offices.
