The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) cleared graffiti along J.P. Laurel Street in Manila on Sunday, June 28, as part of its continuing campaign to keep public spaces clean and orderly.
The operation was carried out by personnel of the MMDA’s Metro Parkways Clearing Group (MPCG), who erased the graffiti from walls and repainted the affected areas to restore the appearance of the public infrastructure.
The cleanup is part of the agency’s ongoing efforts to beautify and preserve public facilities across Metro Manila.
The MMDA also urged the public to help protect government infrastructure by avoiding vandalism and other acts that damage public property.
