The national government has officially launched the Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport (UPLIFT) Microsite, a centralized digital platform designed to make government assistance programs more accessible, transparent, and easier to understand for Filipinos.
Developed through a whole-of-government effort led by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Presidential Communications Office (PCO), Office of the Executive Secretary, and the Department of Economy, Planning and Development (DEPDev), the UPLIFT Microsite serves as a real-time public dashboard of government interventions addressing the impact of global energy disruptions and rising costs.
DBM Undersecretary Goddes Hope Libiran said the platform was built with urgency in mind, ensuring that Filipinos can clearly see what assistance is available and how to access it.
“The UPLIFT microsite bridges a critical gap—making government action visible, understandable, and accessible to every Filipino,” officials said during the launch.
At the core of the platform is a user-friendly dashboard organized around five key pillars of government response: saving lives, assisting sectors in need, ensuring sufficient fuel supply, keeping food prices within reach, and ensuring electricity supply. Each section provides real-time data, program details, and direct links to assistance mechanisms.
The website also features a “PBBM in Action” section, which tracks President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s on-the-ground engagements, directives, and updates related to the government’s crisis response.
Beyond data, the platform integrates curated news content, beneficiary stories, and practical guides to help users navigate available services, from fuel subsidies and food access programs to transport assistance and repatriation efforts.
To further promote transparency, the site includes a “Where the Money Goes” section, offering a breakdown of budget allocations and disbursements tied to UPLIFT programs.
The platform is fully mobile-optimized and includes a Filipino language option, with plans to expand into regional languages to ensure broader accessibility.
Usec Libiran emphasized that the website reflects the administration’s commitment to open governance and people-centered service delivery.
“This is a window into a government that is working—coordinated, transparent, and focused on delivering real support where it matters most,” she said.
The UPLIFT microsite (UPLIFT.gov.ph) will see further improvements, with additional features and data integrations planned as the government strengthens its response to ongoing economic and energy challenges.
