President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has declared Thursday, July 16, 2026, a special non-working day in the municipalities of Malilipot in Albay and Talisayan in Misamis Oriental.
Under Proclamation No. 1341, work will be suspended in Malilipot to allow residents to celebrate the municipality’s annual town fiesta.
Marcos also issued Proclamation No. 1342, declaring the same date a special non-working day in Talisayan in observance of its annual fiesta.
Both proclamations were signed on July 10, 2026, by Acting Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto by authority of the President.
