The Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group arrested 303 individuals and rescued 38 victims in operations against cyber-related offenses from April to June 2026.

The arrests stemmed from the implementation of court-issued warrants, entrapment operations, search and seizure actions involving computer data, and other cybercrime investigations.

Of the total arrests, 101 individuals were apprehended through warrants, 137 through entrapment operations, and 64 through Warrants to Search, Seize, and Examine Computer Data. One other individual was intercepted during a rescue operation.

The PNP ACG also conducted 6,845 cyber patrol operations during the period to monitor online activities, detect possible threats, and support immediate response to cybercrime incidents.

The group completed 220 digital forensic examinations, providing technical support in the investigation of cyber-related cases.

Authorities also implemented several cyber-related court orders, including six Warrants to Search, Seize, and Examine Computer Data; one Warrant to Examine Computer Data; and 369 Warrants to Disclose Computer Data.

PNP Chief Police General Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr. said the figures underscore the need for proactive and technology-driven policing as cybercrimes continue to evolve.

“Ang paglaban sa cybercrime ay hindi lamang tungkol sa paghuli ng lumalabag sa batas. Mahalaga rin ang mabilis na pagtugon, pagprotekta sa mga biktima, at pagtulong sa publiko na maging mas ligtas online,” Nartatez said.

Nartatez said the PNP will continue enhancing its cybercrime response capabilities and strengthening coordination with government agencies and other stakeholders.

The PNP said the operations reflect its push for intelligence-based, coordinated, and modern law enforcement against online threats.

It added that the Anti-Cybercrime Group will continue pursuing cyber offenders, assisting victims, and promoting safer online communities.
