More than 86,000 individuals remain displaced following the 7.8-magnitude earthquake that struck parts of Mindanao earlier this month, according to latest disaster response data.
The quake affected 382,740 families or around 1.635 million people across 635 barangays in four regions, based on monitoring figures.
As of Thursday, 22,474 families or 86,405 individuals are still displaced, including 5,801 families or 23,054 persons currently staying in 64 evacuation centers.
Authorities continue to monitor affected communities as recovery and relief operations remain ongoing in quake-hit areas.
